for Emotional Balance

The concept that I have of myself is that of a step on the path of self-discovery. I create a space where people can learn how amazingly wonderful they are, teaching them to love themselves. I am a person who supports others. I help them take charge of their life. I help them discover their own inner powers, wisdom and strength. I have a high level of empathy and sensitivity that allows me to connect easily with their emotions. I help them remove the barriers and obstructions that hinder their path, so that they can love themselves no matter what their circumstances or situations are.

I have always used music as the means to translate the emotions that I perceive within my being. I dedicate a large part of my life to music and enjoy every moment surrounded by wonderful people. The more I explore and understand my emotional world, the more fascinating and exciting my life becomes. I am fortunate to know and practice a variety of concepts and methods that constantly help me expand my joy and fun.

I dedicate my work to my great mentors Louise Hay, John Bradshaw, Carl Jung, Wayne Dyer, Esther&Jerry Hicks, Barbara Marx Hubbard and Beatríz Chávez Durán. Their teachings have allowed me to reach places where I never imagined I could be. I have immense gratitude towards them and it is my strong desire to spread the legacy of these loving mentors while expanding my knowledge thanks to the new circumstances and desires that arise in my everyday life.

John Bradshaw

Our sadness is an energy we discharge in order to heal. …sadness is  painful. We try to avoid it. Actually discharging sadness releases the energy involved in our emotional pain. To hold it in is to freeze the pain within us. The therapeutic slogan is that grieving is the "healing feeling".

Louise Hay

We learn our belief systems as very little children, and then we move through life creating experiences to match our beliefs. Look back in your own life and notice how often you have gone through the same experience.

Carl Jung

Your vision will become clear only when you can look into your own heart. Who looks outside, dreams; who looks inside, awakes.
