You can choose between a session of body relaxation, mental relaxation or a Wellbeing-Coach session. You can also combine different tools within a session. For example: 15min meditation, 15min body relaxation and 30min Wellbeing-Coach.
The sessions are in English, Spanish or German. You can also have the Wellbeing-Coach session via Skype or any other Video-Chat App. Take a look at the services below and book the one you prefer.
